Occupation, other than bike racing: Exercise physiology. Currently working in a cardiac rehabilitation department in La Crosse.

Family Status: Jim and myself, plus a myriad of animals, fish and birds*

Best accomplishments on a bike: Any time, rare as it is, that I can > ride "beyond myself" just a bit

How and when did you get into bike racing? I always wanted to (sure beats running) but it wasn't until I moved to Milwaukee and ran into some other women who raced, that I finally had the chance.

What would you consider your best strengths as a cyclist? Sprinting, and making the most of my limited genetics through smart training and racing (I hope)

What is your most shining moment on a bike?  See above. Typically, any time I can really dig deep for a good sprint.

Most embarrassing moment on a bike?   Going off-course during a solo break in a criterium (God, that sounds terrible) and being DQ'd (I was soooooo much younger then.)

When off the bike, what can we often find you doing?  Enjoying life!  Working two jobs I love, spending quality time with Jim, doing puzzles, planning my next workout!!

Favorite movie? "Field of Dreams"... maybe that's why I race for a team from Iowa.

Favorite Musical Artists? I really love almost all types of music and many different artists...I am still on a Coldplay kick,  though.

Favorite food (no pasta, please!)? Don't make me choose! Latest passion: almonds.
